This site can be used to submit development/building plans, apply for a permit, request an inspection, and search for permits or development projects issued or submitted.

Apply for a Permit

To apply for a new permit select “Permit Application” in the left margin. Select the permit category & type, then follow the process to submit an application. Examples of permits available online are:

• Residential & Commercial Buildings and their Accessory Structures
• Electric, HVAC, Gas and Plumbing Permits
• Temporary Use & Special Event Permits
• Sign Permits
• Zoning Compliance for New Businesses
• Fire Prevention, Daycare & Foster Homes

Searching for Permits

To search for existing permits you do not need to login into the system or create a new account. Select “Permit Search” in the left margin. You can search permits by date range, subdivision/lot, permit number, tax parcel number or contractor.
